⚠ If you feel that your participation in I Sabi Millions is becoming harmful, please stop playing and contact us immediately at support@isabimillions.com or reach out to a support organisation listed in Section 9 of this Policy.
BMO Projects Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to ensuring that participation in I Sabi Millions remains an enjoyable and safe experience for all users. We recognise that for some individuals, participation in real-money prize competitions can lead to harmful patterns of behaviour. This Responsible Play Policy sets out our approach to preventing and addressing problem play, and the tools and resources we make available to all users.
This Policy applies to all users of the I Sabi Millions App ("App") and website (isabimillions.com) and forms part of our Terms of Use. By using the App, you agree to the provisions of this Policy.
1. Age Restriction — 18+ Only
I Sabi Millions is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. Participation in any real-money Game Session by persons under 18 is prohibited. We reserve the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage and to suspend or terminate accounts where underage use is suspected or confirmed.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a person under 18 has accessed the App, please contact us immediately at legal@isabimillions.com. We will take prompt action to close the account and return any unspent wallet balance where possible.
2. Know Your Limits — Play Responsibly
I Sabi Millions is designed to be an entertaining live trivia game show experience. We encourage all users to:
- Treat participation as entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial strategy;
- Set a personal budget for how much you are willing to spend on wallet top-ups each week or month, and stick to it;
- Play within your means — never spend money you cannot afford to lose;
- Take regular breaks — do not let participation interfere with work, family, or other responsibilities;
- Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol, substances, or when emotionally distressed;
- Be aware that past performance — including previous wins — does not predict future outcomes; and
- Remember that prize outcomes are determined in real time and are not guaranteed.
3. Responsible Play Tools
We provide the following in-app tools to help you manage your participation. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings menu within the App.
3.1 Deposit / Spend Limits
You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the amount you top up to your in-app wallet via isabimillions.com. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further top-ups will be processed for the duration of the applicable period.
- Limits take effect immediately upon being set.
- Requests to increase an existing limit will take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period to allow for reflection.
- Requests to decrease an existing limit take effect immediately.
3.2 Session Time Reminders
You may enable session time reminders which send you a notification after a period of continuous use that you specify (e.g., every 30 minutes or every hour). These notifications are a prompt for you to take a break and are not a restriction on continued use.
3.3 Self-Exclusion — Temporary Cool-Off
If you feel you need a break from participation, you may apply a temporary self-exclusion (also known as a "cool-off") for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this period:
- You will not be able to participate in any paid Game Sessions or top up your wallet;
- You will not receive any promotional communications from us;
- Your account will remain open and any accrued wallet balance will be preserved;
- Cool-off periods cannot be reversed or shortened once applied — you must wait for the period to expire.
To apply a cool-off, go to Account Settings → Responsible Play → Take a Break.
3.4 Self-Exclusion — Permanent
If you wish to permanently close your account and exclude yourself from I Sabi Millions indefinitely, you may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting us at support@isabimillions.com. Upon permanent self-exclusion:
- Your account will be permanently closed;
- Any unspent wallet balance will be refunded to you via Paystack within 14 business days;
- Your Personal Data will be retained only to the extent required by law (see our Privacy Policy);
- You will be prevented from opening a new account for a minimum of 12 months from the date of exclusion.
We will use commercially reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. If you do inadvertently re-register during an exclusion period, you must notify us immediately at support@isabimillions.com.
3.5 Account Activity Review
At any time, you may view a full history of your participation, wallet top-ups, and prize cash-outs through the Account Settings → Activity History section of the App. Reviewing your activity regularly is a good responsible play habit.
4. How We Monitor for Problem Play Indicators
We may monitor account activity for patterns that may indicate harmful play behaviour, including but not limited to:
- Unusually rapid or repeated wallet top-ups within a short period;
- Repeated participation immediately following prize losses;
- Significant increases in spending relative to a user's historical patterns;
- Requests to remove self-imposed spend limits shortly after they were set.
Where we identify such patterns, we may proactively reach out to you with information about our responsible play tools and support resources, or temporarily restrict access to paid Game Sessions pending a welfare check. We do this in the interest of user wellbeing and not for commercial reasons.
5. Our Commitments to You
BMO Projects Ltd commits to:
- Not targeting promotional or marketing communications at users who have applied a cool-off, self-exclusion, or spend limit reduction;
- Not offering credit, loans, or "buy now, pay later" mechanisms for wallet top-ups or game entry;
- Making responsible play tools permanently available and free of charge within the App;
- Training our customer support staff to identify and sensitively respond to signs of problem play;
- Displaying responsible play information prominently within the App and on our website; and
- Reviewing and improving our responsible play measures on a regular basis.
6. Reality Check: Understanding How the Game Works
We want all users to have an accurate understanding of how I Sabi Millions works:
| Feature | How it works |
|---|---|
| Prize outcomes | Prizes are awarded to players who correctly answer all questions fastest and/or last. Outcomes depend on knowledge, speed, and the performance of other players — not on chance or randomness in prize distribution. |
| Comot | Comot is a pre-answer item, not a wager. When activated during a question (before you answer), it removes one incorrect option — your choices reduce from four to three. The correct answer is never removed. Comot always works and confers the same benefit every time: there is no chance element, no variable outcome, and no circumstance in which using Comot causes or contributes to an elimination. |
| Extra Life | Offered on the elimination screen immediately after a wrong answer. Accepting puts you back in from the next question. Two Extra Lives per Game Session maximum. Not available on the final question — the final question is played straight. An Extra Life always works when used within these limits: there is no chance element. |
| Gift Box | The Gift Box is a free-entry prize draw with a chance-based outcome. Your probability of winning = number of prizes ÷ total number of participants who tapped, disclosed after each draw. Unlike Extra Life and Comot, the Gift Box involves a random element: the winner is selected by a server-side random draw. Entry is free — no wallet credit is required or deducted. Speed of tapping does not affect your probability of winning. |
| Prize splitting | If multiple players reach the final question correctly, the prize is split equally. Your share decreases as more players survive. |
| Wallet balance | Funds in your wallet are real money. Unspent balances can be withdrawn subject to our Payments & Refunds Policy. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing. |
| XP and Rank | XP is a non-monetary participation score. It has no cash value, cannot be purchased or redeemed, and does not affect prize allocation or your chances in any draw. Rank is derived from cumulative XP and is cosmetic only. Buying Extra Lives or Comot earns no XP. The full earning table is available in-app at Menu → Ranks & XP. |
7. Responsible Play for Specific Circumstances
7.1 Financial Difficulty
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, we strongly recommend not participating in paid Game Sessions. Consider applying a permanent self-exclusion until your financial situation has stabilised. If you are in financial distress, organisations such as the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) of Nigeria may be able to provide guidance (fccpc.gov.ng).
7.2 Mental Health
Participation in prize competitions can be emotionally intense, particularly after losses. If you find that participation is affecting your mental health, please step away and seek support. Free, confidential gambling support is available 24/7 through Gamble Alert Nigeria on +234 916 295 7989.
7.3 Protecting Third Parties
If you are aware of another person using the App in a way that appears harmful — including a family member or friend — please contact us at support@isabimillions.com to discuss our options for assisting that person, while respecting their privacy and account rights under our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints About Responsible Play
If you feel we have not applied our Responsible Play Policy appropriately, you may raise a complaint by:
- Emailing support@isabimillions.com with the subject line "Responsible Play Complaint";

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and respond in full within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:
